The impact
The time has arrived! Construction of the new South Columbia Drive traffic signal at Talley Street will begin on Wednesday September 11th. Construction is anticipated to last 2-3 months.
Once completed, South Columbia Drive, Shadowmoor Drive, and Talley Street will all be signalized. A new crosswalk at South Columbia and Shadowmoor is also included.
How to manage
Vehicular and pedestrian access will be maintained throughout, though drivers should anticipate possible lane closures. Please be mindful of the many pedestrians utilizing this intersection while it is under construction and proceed through the area with caution and patience.
